The presentation will provide a snapshot of the state of the art of public sector data centres, and will shed some light on the major energy savings opportunities that we often overlook by only focusing on M&E. The talk will present some revealing figures on the potential savings made possible by increasing server utilisation, rightsizing IT deployment, and refreshing aged IT kit.
