Industry veteran launches mega UK data centre

“The data centre has become a powerhouse of modern business,” says founder, CEO and industry veteran Noel Meaney.

One of Britain’s largest data centres is set to open in December 2016 following the founding of a new data centre company named Stellium.

The company has been launched by Noel Meaney, founder of Citadel100 Datacenters, euNetworks and Seafibre Networks.

The venture has been set up to target wholesale, rack services and cloud solutions.

Once fully built, the Newcastle campus based at Cobalt Business Park, will account for more than 110,000 sqf of IT hosting space, divided across three main hubs and a total of 12 IT halls….Read More
